Enrollment Agreement All TeleClasses, training materials are copyright protected information. I agree NOT to give the class telephone bridge number to anyone. I further agree NOT to 3-way call anyone into the TeleClasses or allow anyone to listen to the TeleClasses. I agree NOT to transmit in any form, store in a retrieval system, transmit in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photocopying, or other) any TeleClass content or training material. If I violate this agreement, I understand that I will face immediately expulsion from the program without refund and may incur legal repercussions at my expense. I understand that Michael J. Losier Enterprises Inc. reserves the right to record any TeleClass sessions and such recordings become the property of Michael J. Losier Enterprises Inc. and may be used for commercial or promotional purposes.

Privacy Statement

Your email and name are kept completely confidential and NEVER sold or traded to ANY third party. If you wish to be removed from our email lists and NOT receive further emails from us, click here to remove yourself from the database or send an email to us at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it stating that you no longer wish to receive e-mail from our company. We will then, to the best of our abilities, remove your e-mail address from our databases and Web site.

Refunds and Return Policy

Products: For merchandise shipped directly from Michael J. Losier Enterprises Inc. you may return any product in its original condition within 90 days of receiving it for a full refund. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.

Teleclasses: Once a TeleClass has started, there will be no refunds issued. A request for a refund may be requested by email 2 business days prior to the first day a TeleClass. Participants will be refunded the cost of the TeleClass LESS 10% handling and cost of any materials.

Workshops: Registrations for workshops are transferable as credit to future workshops, but not refundable.
