This month’s article is an interview by Gizelle
River, production
manager of Michael’s
Certified Law of
Attraction Facilitator Training Seminars.
Gizelle: Michael, Law of Attraction
is one of those subjects that people want to share with others, especially when
they get excited about all the manifestations that are showing up in their
lives. I know you receive dozens of emails a week about people wanting your
advice about how to share Law of Attraction. What questions come up most often?
Michael: There are three popular questions I get asked all the
time.
1.
How do I teach Law of Attraction to my FAMILY?
2.
How do I bring Law of Attraction into my
WORKPLACE?
3.
How do I become a Law of Attraction SEMINAR
FACILITATOR?
Gizelle: Let’s start with the first two questions. How do you
answer them? Can you give us one or two tips about sharing Law of Attraction
both with our families at home and our co-workers at our workplace?
Michael: Sure. A great way to introduce Law of Attraction to
your family is to play a game children can participate in.
The Don’t-Not-No Game is easy and fun.
Everyone in the family collects points in two ways:
1.
When they notice
someone using the words don’t, not, or no they get a point if they remember to ask
them the question, “So, what do you want?” to the other family member.
2.
When they get
‘caught’ using the word don’t, not and no, they lose a point.
3.
At the end of the
week, the family member that has the most points wins some kind of reward.
Gizelle: That sounds great! Is there anything else you can
suggest?
Michael: Yes, it’s very important for parents to model
applying Law of Attraction to their daily life by celebrating evidence of Law
of Attraction working in their lives. Start using phrases like, “I love it when
that happens! It’s Law of Attraction at work!” Or, “I’m letting Law of
Attraction work that one out!” Make referring to Law of Attraction a part of
your household language. Your children will naturally follow your lead! And
I’ve devoted a whole section for teaching Law of Attraction to children in my
book, Law of Attraction, The Science of
Attracting More of What You Want and Less of What You Don’t so I encourage parents
(and teachers) to look there for more great ideas.
Gizelle: Thanks Michael. I’d like to switch now to the second
most popular question people ask you. I know that for years, you’ve been
working with all kinds of companies, helping them apply Law of Attraction to a
working environment. What’s one tip that would get people started?
Michael: I actually have two tips that I teach all the time:
1.
Adapt a culture
of removing the words don’t, not and no from your workplace and replace them
with the question, “So, what do you want?” When every one at work learns this,
lots of evidence of Law of Attraction working will begin to show up on a
regular basis.
2.
Set up a daily
routine of celebrating all the new evidence that’s continually showing up.
Celebrate new clients, new sales, new referrals—celebrate all of it and you’ll
be amazed at the transformation that will occur!
Gizelle: Yes. I know you constantly get lots of great feedback
from companies that are implementing those tips and are so excited at the fabulous
results they are getting. So…speaking of fabulous results, tell me a little bit
about what you have created for people who ask the third question, “How do I
become a Law of Attraction seminar leader?”
Michael: I’ve been inundated with requests from people all
over the world who want to facilitate Law of Attraction seminars, so I’ve
created a 4-Day certification training seminar. I did the first seminar in Vancouver, BC
in June with 72 people and it exceeded everyone’s expectations. Everyone was
blown away with it. People who want to learn all the skills necessary to
present Law of Attraction training seminars can get all the details here: www.certifiedlawofattractionfacilitator.com
Gizelle: I know that in November you are giving your next
seminar right here at home in beautiful Victoria,
BC. Is there something a person can
do right now to start them spreading the message of Law of Attraction?
Michael: Yes, the best place for people who want to teach Law
of Attraction to start is to begin a local Law
of Attraction Discussion Group in their area. I suggest beginning with an intimate
group size of 5-10 people. Discussing Law of Attraction and answering lots of
questions from people will be great practice for anyone who wants to train
others to use the Law of Attraction.
Here are some guidelines for making a discussion group
fun and successful.

Gizelle: We’ve got time for one last question. How can people
master this field of Law of Attraction?
Michael: There’s a simple answer to that question. No matter
who you are or where you live, consistently surrounding yourself with other
like-minded Law of Attraction people, at home, at work, or at school, is the
best way for all of us to master the day to day application of Law of
Attraction in our lives.
Gizelle: Just before we go, what can you tell us about your new
book?
Michael: I’m so excited! The title is, The Law of Connection: The Science of Using NLP to Create Ideal
Personal and Professional Relationships. Communication seems to be the
biggest challenge for people at work and at home. Most miscommunication is a
result of not understanding how people communicate, so this new book will teach
every day NLP for every day people in every day situations.
Gizelle: And when will it be available?
Michael: It’ll be coming out in the early part of 2009 and
we’ll keep our ezine readers updated on its progress.
Gizelle: Thanks Michael. You’ve given some great tips to use
at home and at the workplace. Your new certification training seminar is a huge
success and to top it all, we’re all looking forward with great anticipation to
the launching of your second book. What a great note to end on!
