When can I access the library? And how often?
You may access the library 24/7 as many times as you want for 12 months.
Are the classes live or recorded?
The classes are live and recorded, then put in the membership library the next day.
Can I download the audio training sessions to my computer?
Yes, you can download audio's to your computer, IPOD, MP3.
Can I burn to a CD?
Yes, you can burn to a CD.
How long is my membership and when does it expire?
Memberships are for 1 year (12 months) from date of purchase.
Why would I want to renew my membership after one year? Will it be a lower price for renewals?
Michael offers bonus calls, and monthly Q&A calls which are added to the library monthly.
When are the Bonus Calls scheduled.
Bonus calls are usually once a month. There is a 1 week reminder of the call, and a 1 day reminder emailed out to members only.
I have forgotten my password? What can I do?
Go to the library, and email that you have forgotten your password, and a new one will be sent to you.
Can I change my password?
Yes, you can change your password. Log onto the membership page, and update your profile.
Are the classes live or recorded?
What is the difference between the audio classes and the CD's Michael offers.
The Audio classes are interactive calls with Michael and students where the CD's are studio recordings. (3 hrs)
Can I use materials from Michaels book?
Yes, you may use Michael's material from the book.
How can I sell Michael's book at my presentations?

Do you have an affiliate program?
